Digital Official Transcripts Request and Transfer
Instructions:
Student must ask their transcript providers to send a PDF file of their credentials directly to support@universityofjustice.us using Placement Credentials, Parchment, or the National Student Clearinghouse.
If there are delays with the transcripts, unofficial transcripts can be utilized for initial advisement. Once students are admitted, they must submit their official transcripts within two weeks. Additionally, all transfers from the University of Justice must email the above address with their first and last name, student ID number, and major. A fee of $12 will be collected before the initial processing.

Your Path to Justology: Essential Prerequisite Courses
Embark on your journey into the Justologist program by ensuring you meet the foundational academic requirements! As of Fall 2021, direct admission into any Justologist program requires the successful completion of the following prerequisite courses.
Core Prerequisite Courses:
English 1301: Develop your critical reading, writing, and communication skills crucial for success in advanced studies.
College Algebra 1301: Master fundamental algebraic concepts, providing a strong quantitative base for analytical thinking.
Anatomy and Physiology & Lab 1 (2301-2101): Gain essential knowledge of the human body's structure and function, an invaluable understanding for many Justologist specializations. The accompanying lab (2101) is mandatory.
Language Spanish 1301: Begin to acquire proficiency in Spanish, enhancing your cultural competency and communication abilities in a diverse world.
Important Admission & Completion Guidelines:
Minimum Grade Requirement: A grade of "C" or better is absolutely mandatory for each prerequisite course to be eligible for direct admission.
Course Repetition Policy:
Individual prerequisite courses may only be repeated up to 3 times (meaning a total of 4 attempts including the initial enrollment).
A cumulative maximum of 9 failed courses is permitted across all courses within your entire Academic program (e.g., if you fail 3 different courses three times each, you hit the maximum).
Critical Financial Aid Note: Failing courses can significantly impact your financial aid eligibility and funding for future coursework. Always consult with the Financial Aid Office before repeating any course to understand the potential implications.
Completion Timeline: All prerequisite courses must be successfully completed within 5 years of your Justologist program application deadline. Plan accordingly to meet this crucial timeframe.

Nationwide Recognition: We proudly welcome academic credits earned from any accredited institution located within the United States, ensuring your prior dedication to learning is fully recognized and valued.
Accreditation is Key: For your credits to be eligible for transfer, the originating institution must hold valid accreditation from a recognized accrediting body within the U.S. This fundamental rule upholds our commitment to high academic standards.
Domestic Scope: Our transfer credit policy specifically applies to coursework completed at educational institutions situated within the United States, streamlining the evaluation process for national academic equivalency.
Accelerated Pathways: By accepting your qualifying transfer credits, we aim to provide an efficient path for your degree completion, potentially reducing the time and cost required to earn your qualifications with us.
Seamless Transition Process: To initiate your credit evaluation, simply submit official transcripts from your previous accredited U.S. institution(s). Our dedicated advisors will then meticulously assess your coursework to ensure a smooth and beneficial transition.
The exciting journey towards earning your degree is an incredible milestone, and understanding the academic roadmap is key to a smooth and successful experience. To successfully reach graduation and embark on your next chapter, all students are required to complete a total of 120 credits across their chosen program of study. For our valued transfer students, we warmly welcome the academic foundation you've built elsewhere; however, to ensure you gain a robust experience grounded in our unique curriculum and community, a minimum of 24 credits must be completed directly at our institution.

Tuition Fee: $350 (per credit hour) x 3 (credit hours) = $1,050
However, it’s important to note that this fee constitutes only a portion of the total cost. Additional fees may apply, which include:
Registration Fee: $100
Technology Fee: $50
Student Services Fee: $75
When these fees are added to the course tuition:
