To graduate and receive a degree from University of Justice, the process is contingent upon several key steps. It begins with a formal Graduation Application, which triggers a comprehensive Course Work Verification to ensure all 120 required courses are successfully completed. Following this verification, your name is placed on the official graduation list and your Degree Document (Diploma) is ordered. While Ceremony Attendance is a celebratory option after verification, receiving the physical certificate takes additional time; it is typically mailed as a Digital Order Certificate within 2-4 weeks of graduation. Should the initial mail-out be unsuccessful, a Printed Certificate replacement can take 4-8 weeks to process. It is crucial to ensure your name is correctly listed during application, as a Name Replacement on the certificate after it is printed constitutes a separate and lengthy procedure.
