Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various marketing channels including social media, email, and networking.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales presentations.
Track and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High-School, Associates, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
