About the Course

This four-week workshop on Analyzing the Impact of Precedent and Case Law on Justice is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to critically evaluate the impact of legal precedent and case law on justice. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the role of precedent and case law in the formulation of the law, and how it affects the application of the law in various cases. Through the use of case studies and interactive activities, participants will be able to identify the factors that influence the interpretation and application of the law and the implications of judicial decisions on society. This workshop will also provide students with the opportunity to analyze the impact of different legal philosophies on the administration of justice.


In addition, participants will be able to explore the concept of stare decisis and the implications of precedent and case law on justice. Through class discussion, students will be able to understand the importance of legal precedent and identify the ways in which lawyers and judges use precedent to reach a decision. The workshop will also provide students with the skills to analyze the effect of legal precedent on society, and how it has shaped the way justice is administered. By the end of the workshop, students will be able to identify the impact of legal precedent on justice and how it affects the decisions of judges and lawyers.


Students should take this workshop to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of precedent and case law on justice. It will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to critically evaluate the impact of legal precedent and case law on justice and its implications for society. Furthermore, the workshop will provide students with the opportunity to analyze the impact of different legal philosophies on the administration of justice and to explore the concept of stare decisis.
