Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as the Director of the Devotion/Religion Justice Program. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead initiatives that promote justice and equity within the realms of devotion and religion. As the Program Director, you will work closely with experienced professionals and community leaders, enhancing your skills and knowledge while making a meaningful impact in society.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee programs focused on justice issues related to devotion and religion.
Collaborate with community partners, religious organizations, and other stakeholders to identify areas for intervention and support.
Conduct research and collect data to analyze trends, needs, and outcomes relevant to the Devotion/Religion Justice Program.
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events aimed at education and advocacy in the context of religious and devotion justice.
Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate program progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and volunteers within the program.
Stay informed about relevant laws, policies, and best practices related to justice in religious and devotion contexts.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, business, or information technology.

- Previous experience in a registration or academic records role preferred.

- Knowledge of university registration processes and systems.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and student information systems.

- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

The University of Justice Register typically works in an office setting within the justice department. They may also interact with students, faculty, and staff on a regular basis. Some evening or weekend work may be required during peak registration periods.
