Job Description:
As a Qualifications Food Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in assembling and delivering food to our online students. You will be responsible for ensuring that the meals are prepared, packaged, and delivered to students on time while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and delivery protocols.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently for online students.
Deliver food to designated locations on campus or local residences, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Communicate effectively with students to confirm delivery details and address any special requests or concerns.
Collaborate with the food service team to ensure adequate inventory and proper storage of food supplies.
Assist with meal preparation and inventory management as needed.
Uphold the university's values and commitment to student support during all interactions
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college students or recent graduates preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Reliable vehicle for transportation (mileage reimbursement may be available).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in food service or delivery is a plus but not required.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours, with shifts primarily during meal times.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when delivering food.
Interaction with diverse groups of students and staff.
