About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct informational sessions and tours of the housing facilities, conveying the various options available and highlighting the benefits of living in student housing.
Maintain accurate records of student applications, qualifications, and housing assignments using [specific software or database name].

Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and community-building.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with housing management software.
