It is a specialized field of law that deals with the legal rights of those most vulnerable in society. This includes those who are unable to access basic services, those who suffer from discrimination or those who have been displaced or uprooted from their homes. This type of justice is often referred to as “humanitarian justice” and is an important part of the global justice system.
