Insurance Administration Justice program focuses it field on compliance of Justice within the insurance industry by using state, federal laws, regulations, and guidelines to accurately analyze and process claims; and also providing advice and guidance on insurance policy interpretation. The program educate stuents on responsibilities such as monitoring and evaluating insurance carriers, investigating complaints, and providing litigation support.

Clinicals for students in insurance administration justice may include providing guidance and support to insurance carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders; monitoring and resolving claims disputes; investigating complaints, and providing litigation support.

Student may also be responsible for developing and delivering educational materials and seminars to industry professionals and members of the public. Additionally, they are responsible for researching and analyzing insurance policies and procedures, and providing advice and guidance on policy interpretation.
